Exceeding expectations. Building relationships. Delivering customized solutions. At Chevy Chase Bank, those are our commitments. In 2006, we launched the Hispanic Banking Program, a comprehensive bilingual banking program that provides the Spanish-speaking community with a world-class customer experience in their own language. It is just one of the ways we are reaching out and solidifying our position as “the leading local bank.”

Saludos y bienvenidos a Chevy Chase Bank!

This is truly an exciting time for us. While there are many financial service firms offering Hispanic Banking programs, Chevy Chase Bank is committed to this endeavor like no other.

From the sheer number of Bilingual Branches—currently at 31 (and growing!)—to developing Spanish-language marketing materials to employing bilingual Spanish-speaking employees, Chevy Chase Bank has created a unique, community-minded program that addresses the banking needs of our Hispanic customers and their families.

As the Greater Washington area’s true hometown bank, we instill our employees with a tremendous sense of pride about the work they do and the people they serve. Our employees feel that they are part of something special, an extended family that runs from Northern Virginia through the District of Columbia to Maryland, making a difference in the lives of their neighbors and the Hispanic community.

My personal philosophy is simple: We live here, we work here, we invest here. My wife and I moved here from Michigan and we just love it.

What I love most about the Greater Washington area is the rich diversity within the Hispanic community—we have individuals from every country in Latin America and the world—and now Chevy Chase Bank has the unique opportunity to reach out, embrace every individual and bring people together.

Bringing people together, what a wonderful thing to do. If you feel the same way, then I hope you’ll explore our current employment opportunities and consider a career with us. Because here at Chevy Chase Bank “Hablamos su idioma.”

Atentamente,
